How does roadside intervention take place?

  • Our Assistance coordinator receives an emergency call from a customer and gathers detailed information about the situation, the customer's geographic location, and the support he/she is requesting     
  • Together with a technician, the Assistance coordinator evaluates the situation and proposes a viable solution     
  • The Assistance coordinator stays in touch with the customer, offering additional support and agreeing on furhter steps to be taken      
  • The Assistance coordinator monitors and co-ordinates the entire intervention process until the customer has been fully assisted and needs no furhter support        

All interventions are provided based on general terms and conditions, which are valid for like services and included in the contract with our business partner.
